Company Overview
YKTA is a joint venture of three successful automotive supplier companies- Y-tec, Keylex, and Toyotetsu. YKTA products provide structural safety for the vehicle and important functional parts that must operate as designed. YKTA is an on-site partner and tier one supplier for Mazda Toyota Manufacturing, USA.
YKTA has 3 Major Processes:
Stamping
Forming and shaping of cold rolled and high tensile material using forming dies inside a stamping press
Welding and Assembly
Robotic welding and assembling with precision utilizing the latest technology
E-Coat
Electro Coating, provides a coating to prevent rust on products.
Company History
YKTA was incorporated in May 2019. Since then, YKTA has won the Toyota Launch Award in 2022, and the Emerging Manufacturer of the Year Award by the state of Alabama in 2022.
